Custom Coffee Bags

Highfalutin Coffee Roasters was a brand new company in 2019. When I was hired on, I quickly began working with the owner to build out a brand identity. We settled on a brand that plays visually on timeless luxury with an air of tongue-in-cheek snootiness. An ultramarine color was chosen to lead the brand, as it was widely considered the finest color to paint with during the Renaissance Era. This harkened back perfectly to our luxurious brand.

The next project was custom packaging. Utilizing a newly-defined color scheme, logo, and brand persona, I developed these coffee bags to faintly resemble luxury handbags. On the bottom, I decided it was important to provide a definition and pronunciation of the word "highfalutin". This gave us an opportunity to tag on our own clever definition to the end: really delicious coffee.
